A Lifelong Dream, Built One Pastry and Dessert at a Time
Owning a bakery was never a passing idea for Chef VV. It was something she’d wanted for decades, built through years of learning, creating, and sharing desserts with the people around her.
She spent almost two years looking for the right bakery before Bella Biscotteria came along. The opportunity to continue what Adrian and Robyn Kutch had built felt like the right fit. It was a place worth protecting and an opportunity to build something new for the Eagle community.
Bella Biscotteria still carries the welcoming atmosphere customers have come to expect, now paired with Chef VV’s experience creating Italian and French desserts, Italian pastries, and specialty cakes.
35+ Years in Professional Pastry
At Bella Biscotteria, hospitality comes first.
Chef VV has spent more than 35 years working in pastry kitchens, luxury hotels, resorts, country clubs, and respected restaurant groups, creating desserts for celebrations of every size.

Throughout her career, she has created wedding cakes, banquet desserts, tortes, French and Italian desserts and pastries, and custom cakes for celebrations large and small.
Bella 2.0
Bella Biscotteria has been part of the Eagle community for six years, and Chef VV likes to call this next chapter Bella 2.0.
The idea is simple: keep what already works and continue building it.
Honoring Adrian and Robyn Kutch’s work remains an important part of that vision. Customers will still find the bakery favorites they have enjoyed for years, alongside new specialty desserts, French pastries, Italian pastries, and custom celebration cakes inspired by Chef VV’s experience.
As she shared:
“People trusted us with a place they already loved. We’re just trying to honor that.”
That thought continues to guide the bakery today.
Hospitality First
Beautiful desserts may bring someone through the door once. Genuine hospitality is what encourages them to come back.
First-time visitors sometimes receive a round of applause. Kids are often welcomed with a cookie. Even dogs head home with a doggie biscotti of their own.
