Welcome to Bella Biscotteria, our boutique Artisan Italian Bakery in downtown Eagle, Idaho. We offer a variety of authentic, handmade biscotti, cookies, pastries and focaccia. We use the same amazing recipes as the original Bella Biscotteria owners, as well as delicious new additions created by Head Pastry Chef VV.
We use the absolute finest ingredients available and strive to create unique flavor profiles. It’s attention to detail such as not using extracts for flavoring (only baking emulsions) and procuring fine Italian olive oils that makes what we bake so extraordinary.

Our store is open for walk ins Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 8:30am and 4:00pm on regular weeks. Any changes to the schedule will be posted above.
