13 days agoWe stopped by needing a treat as we passed through Eagle. We will definitely be back. I would make the trip just to get more of their rosemary focaccia. Their cannolis are amazing (we got the pistachio). I asked staff for a recommendation and they didn't steer me wrong: my wife INHALED the Italian rum cake it was so good. My son got the almond croissant: as we're driving down the road he says "this is better than any of the cornettas I had on our entire trip in Italy this summer". And the staff was amazing. There was a short line but it moved fast. But lines are a good sign you're at an amazing bakery.

86 days agoWe absolutely devoured our pastries before I took photos! Everything was so delicious! We tried the canolies, cinnamon rolls, scones, and croissants. It was all made to perfection! There was a great selection of items without it being overwhelming. The staff was so kind and welcoming - it felt like visiting friends. We're looking for trying more items and visiting often!
94 days agoHidden gem! I both wish I lived closer and don’t as it’s probably a good thing for my waist and bank account I don’t. If I have to make a recommendation of something to try, the pistachio cannoli. It’s SO GOOD.+2
98 days agoWow, best pastries in Eagle! We had the chocolate croissants, lemon hand pie, and a maple croissant cinnamon roll. The maple cinnamon roll was our favorite! Kind and helpful owners. They sang me happy birthday 😁 There are a couple of small bistro tables outside with benches , but not a lot of seating. Great for biking/walking to and leaving with something yummy. We can't wait to go back!+0
99 days agoSuch a great bakery!! We tried the bakery for the first time today, and the owner and the staff were so welcoming and friendly! The pastries were AMAZING and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be going back. Our favorites were the pistachio cannoli and almond croissant.
104 days agoTruly the best baked goods you will find. Everything that I purchased exceeded my expectations. The staff is great and very helpful. Mel and Veronica are absolutely fantastic people to interact with. I can’t wait to come back and see what new items I can indulge in! 5⭐️
104 days agoMel was so kind & welcoming & the staff was great! Veronica is a very talented baker. We got tiramisu, cannolis & butter cookies. Everything was delicious. I can’t wait to go back!
106 days agoAbsolutely loved Bella Biscotteria! Everything was fresh and delicious, especially the cannolis and carrot cake. The owners were so sweet and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Such a wonderful little bakery, we’ll definitely be back! 🤍
