We tried the canolies, cinnamon rolls, scones, and croissants. It was all made to perfection! There was a great selection of items without it being overwhelming. Hidden gem! I both wish I lived closer and don’t as it’s probably a good thing for my waist and bank account I don’t. If I have to make a recommendation of something to try, the pistachio cannoli. It’s SO GOOD.

Wow, best pastries in Eagle! We had the chocolate croissants, lemon hand pie, and a maple croissant cinnamon roll. The maple cinnamon roll was our favorite!  Kind and helpful owners. They sang me happy birthday 😁 There are a couple of small bistro tables outside with benches , but not a lot of seating. Great for biking/walking to and leaving with something yummy.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  Amazing mom and pop feel! We were greeted at the door and the baker/owner was so sweet and got to know us. We tried almost croissant, chocolate croissant, a maple cinnamon roll and a raspberry hand pie. ALL were 10/10, flaky, soft and flavorful.
